Bryan Augé

Bryan began working with WMC Energy in 2019 and formally joined the team in 2021. He has responsibility for contract negotiation, management of outside counsel, board governance, and the company’s compliance program.

Bryan has a background in corporate/commercial law, focusing on the nuclear industry and resource development. Previously, Bryan spent eight years at Cameco Corporation, working primarily with the marketing and corporate development teams, after which he became the founding Principal of Bridge Law LLP.

Bryan has completed a law degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of Calgary.
